Exeuctive Search Process

PLANNING PHASE

Situation Analysis
Review in detail the client's needs. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization, culture, business goals and position requirements.

Position Specification
Define the key project objectives. Prepare a written specification that includes responsibilities, qualifications, ideal characteristics and overall criteria for success. Communicate objectives/specification back to client.

Search Strategy
Define the universe of target companies by industry, competition, product type and geographical location. Identify and pinpoint all information sources.

IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

Field Search
Identify and contact 150-200 "high potential" prospects and industry sources. Arrange interviews between MIXTEC principals and qualified, interested "A" Players.

Prospect Interviews
Select and interview 10-15 qualified prospects. Review past performance and evaluate potential cultural fit.

Presentation of Candidates
Submit detailed background reports for the 3-4 most qualified candidates. Check professional references to satisfy MIXTEC standards of appropriate experience.

Client Interviews
Client and candidates mutually explore their suitability and interest levels. Provide detailed feedback to client and candidate after each interview.

CLOSURE

Negotiations
Assist client in discussions resulting in the qualified candidate accepting the client's employment offer.

Assimilation
Maintain an open dialog with both the client and the candidate to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
