LEONARD BATTI Senior Partner Leonard began his produce career in 1978 and has literally learned the business from the ground up. In that time he has acquired "hands on" experience in managing farming, harvesting, processing, cooling, distribution, information technology, finance and administration, product development, purchasing, QA/food safety and sales & marketing. He has traveled the world observing and learning from the global produce community. He frequently speaks on industry issues and has served on several industry association boards. Leonard manages the MIXTEC office in Monterey, California.
